If you have been seeing a provider for your Psychiatric needs, and feel the need to get a different perspective on your overall diagnosis, and treatment plan. Dr. Riyaz, can do a consultation and go over your prognosis, and make any other suggestions about your treatment plan, that you can discuss with your existing provider.
She would appreciate you sharing past records from your existing provider via her HIPPA complaint email or her EMR she uses, for her to review them, as well as your complete list of medications, lab work, or any other testing you have had.
She uses a lot of psychodynamics and holistic and spiritual approaches that you might find helpful in your journey towards managing your mental and emotional related health condition in a more authentic and a mindful way.
